Spring my ass

See what I mean? Who has time to write everyday??

Well it's May here in the Cariboo and the snow just left our front yard. Isn't March 20 supposed to be the first day of spring?? Anyway, I have spent the last few days harrowing and seeding pasture and today fertilizing it is on my "to do" list. I also got on my gelding today after a long winter off. I lunged him first (and have been for the last few days) then got on nervously. As usual he was his calm and reliable self, despite having been a pasture pet the last 7 months. Now if only it were June and school was out...

Okay, I'll admit I love to visit certain horse blogs everyday to see what is being said, http://www.fuglyhorseoftheday.blogspot.com/ and http://savingargus.blogspot.com/ being two of my favourites, but I'm not sure I'm a "blogger" at heart. How can someone just write about everyday stuff everyday? Who has spare time to spend composing and replying to messages? Then again, it will give me a chance to let off steam about various topics if and when I need to. A much better alternative than kicking the cat or yelling at the hubby. So here goes.
